プライバシーポリシー

Here is our Privacy Policy. It was last revised on May 25, 2018.

1. Privacy Principles

Cudepro aims to enable everyone to use their curiosity to grow, driving improvements in development and prosperity. Our users exchange feedback with trusted connections and share the insight gathered to enable them and other users to develop. The following principles guide our approach to how we achieve this:

Who owns the information?

Feedback you give or receive and the connection relationship you have to another user belongs to you and the other party in the exchange. Other content you submit belongs to you, apart from the information you submit to create your profile, which forms part of the Cudepro Service and belongs to Cudepro. Between you and others, your account belongs to you.

Who sees my connections to other Users?

  • Connections you form with colleagues are visible to other Users who share a common organizational group as you.
  • Connections you form with Customers and Suppliers may be visible to other Users who share a common organizational group as you.
  • Your connections may be visible to other Users, either through an approved Cudepro feature or for reasons outside of Cudepro's control.

Who sees the feedback I give or receive?

  • Users can see feedback given to them by their Manager, in raw format.
  • Suppliers can see Customer Satisfaction feedback given by Customers in raw format, and vice versa.
  • Users can see feedback from colleagues in aggregated format, when the responses comprise at least three colleagues who are not the User's Manager.
  • Users can see feedback on other Users in aggregated format for comparison purposes, when the comparison group comprises at least three other Users.

When is it okay to share information with third parties?

We will only provide your personal information to third parties:

  • with your consent;
  • where it is needed to carry out your instructions;
  • as reasonably needed to provide you with Cudepro features and functionality;
  • as we reasonably believe is permitted by law or regulation; or
  • as needed to enforce our Terms or protect the rights, property or safety of Cudepro, our Users and the public.
  • as part of a sale or change in control of Cudepro Pty Ltd, its shareholders or a subsidiary or division.

How to enforce these principles?

Our security safeguards are designed to protect your information in accordance with these principles.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and we will provide notice through our website or by other means if we make material changes to it. If you continue to use Cudepro after we publish a modified Privacy Policy, you implicitly consent to the new policy.

We may share your personal information with other KeptInformed affiliates as necessary to provide you with services.

3. Use of Personal Information

At Cudepro, we strive to use your information to provide you services in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Providing a service to you

The personal information you provide to us may reveal or allow others to identify aspects of your life that are not expressly stated on your profile (for example, your development priorities may indicate your current development focus). By providing personal information to us when you create or update your account and profile, and by giving feedback on yourself and to others, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of Cudepro's User Agreement and freely accepting and agreeing to our processing of your personal information in ways set out by this Privacy Policy. We may communicate with you through email, notices posted on the Cudepro website, messages to your Cudepro dashboard, and other means available through the Service, including mobile text messages and push notifications. You may change your email and contact preferences at any time by changing your account settings. Please be aware that you cannot opt out of receiving service messages from Cudepro.

Communicating with other users

Some communications that you initiate through Cudepro (for example, a request for feedback invitation) will list your name, primary email address and indicated relationship status to you in the message. Once you have connected with a User, regardless of who sent the invitation, your contact information will be shared with that individual.

4. Your Choices & Obligations

Accessing, amending, deleting your information and deactivating your account

Be aware that any feedback you give or receive using the Service can be read and used by others directly or in aggregated format depending on the nature of their connection to you and other factors. You are responsible for the feedback you choose to give to other users.

Data retention

You can manage your information at any time within your account. You can also ask us for additional information we may have about your account.

Deactivating your account is generally effective within 24 hours. We usually delete deactivated account information and will de-personalize feedback, logs and other backup information within seven days of account deactivation, except as noted below.

Information you shared with others (for example, giving feedback) or that others have copied may remain visible after deletion or deactivation.

We retain personal information you provide while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you Services. We may retain this information after you have deactivated your account if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with legal and other obligations.

  • You must, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the current Privacy Policy, Terms, and other policies of Cudepro. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights such as trademarks or copyrights.

  • You must not impersonate others, provide misleading profile information including your name, job title or company name, or mislead other users as to the nature of your connection with them so as to gain inappropriate access to their insight.
  • You must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with others.

Any violation of these guidelines or those detailed in our Terms or elsewhere may lead to the restriction, suspension, or termination of your account at the sole discretion of Cudepro.
